For the original storyboard:
It is important when filming that our actors and ourselves are safe from all the possible hazards, otherwise there could be painful consequences and the legal issues could arise. For the first day of shooting we are filming the park scene in Tonbridge park and these are all the potential risks we could think of and how we could prevent them from occurring:

Hazard

Solution
Cold weather
Hypothermeia or cold
sickness or neumonia
Do not go near river and
ensure the location is not by the river
Bench
Ebony could fall off the
other side
Make sure she doesn’t fall
by having both feet firmly on the seat
Cigarette Lighter
She could burn herself
accidently, especially if it is a windy day
Get Ebony to simply fiddle
with the lighter and not to flick it on
Uneven surface in
playground
The actors could fall and
hurt themselves when running around the camera
Choose a location where
there are no obstructions or uneven surfaces for our actors to run across

Solution
Obstructions on the floor
When filming on a floor
with lots of props the crew member filming could easily trip up and hurt
themselves
Create a path way for the cameraman
and get them to observe the floor before filming the tracking shot
Bulb burst
Having lighting so cold to
Ebony’s face, there is a very low risk it could explode and glass could get
in her eyes
Make sure they are new
bulbs and that the crew members are prepared for any situation that may occur
Water by electrical wires
The water could accidently
be tipped over and someone could be electrocuted
Ensure there are no cabels
or sockets near where we are filming and be aware of the water and not to
knock it over
The chair and bed/ working
with heights
Falling off the chairs and
bed that we need to stand on to film above shots and hurting ourselves
Choose to stand on a chair
that is stable and follow out the three point of contact rule at all times to
ensure complete stability
